This game-changing innovation brings the real tube amp feel and response, with perfect cabinet sound for instant, high-end tone. A load is still required, either a cabinet or reactive load box.

The amp’s super versatile—you don’t even need a footswitch to control it! Gain can be switched on the front, and you can toggle Loop and T/S on/off or assign them to the footswitch. Everything from Gain and Master to Loop, T/S, and MUTE is footswitchable. Want full control? A MIDI box lets you control the amp remotely.

Plus, the Noisegate has a game-changing feature: set it to “Off when Master 2 is engaged.” For heavy rhythm, dial in your threshold, and for solos, engage Master 2 and let the Noisegate kick off. No more compromise between threshold and tone—just pure, unfiltered solos!

CLEAN CHANNEL

The clean channel offers independent Gain, Bass, Mid, Treble, and Volume controls per channel. With low Gain, it provides high headroom and versatility via efficient EQ. Higher Gain makes it responsive to pickups, enabling distortion. It stays dynamic with strong punch at all volumes and pairs well with pedals, delivering American-style tones.

BURN CHANNEL

This channel has Gain, Bass, Mid, Treble, and Volume knobs, plus a Gain switch. On LOW, with low Gain, it delivers clean to slight distortion based on pickups. Turning up Gain brings dynamic, rich rock tones with long sustain. On HIGH, expect fat rhythms, sharp leads, and modern tones. Crystal clear chords and versatile EQ cover ‘80s metal to modern djent.

TS STYLE BOOST

The T/S overdrive in the PurpleNightmare can be always on, foot-switched, or assigned to a channel or second master volume. With Gain, Tone, and Volume knobs, it boosts any channel. On Clean, it adds rocky or old-school overdrive. On Burn, it tightens solos or adds punch, power, and clarity. Adjust T/S for attack, complexity, or to tame high-gain pickups.

POWERAMP

The PurpleNightmare features versatile power amps. After the preamp stage, a tube-buffered Effect Loop can be always on, foot-switched, or assigned to a channel or Master 2. Master 2 boosts volume for solos, while Sharp and Rumble knobs adjust highs and lows to fit speakers or rooms. Four 6L6 tubes deliver 100W, with easy bias adjustments and tube mixing options.
